Our shipping partner in the US is USPS and we ship orders within 24 hours of purchase. The default option is ground shipping which takes 2-6 business days to arrive in the US.
Free Shipping
Orders over $48 are shipped free of charge. We charge a reduced shipping and handling fee of $5.50 for orders less than $48. This shipping charge applies to both one-time and subscription purchases for orders and subscriptions under $48.
Priority Shipping
We offer priority shipping with USPS at a cost of $10. Priority packages are delivered between 1 and 3 days. We do not guarantee this timeline as shipping is handled by USPS and OffCourt can not control outcomes once we hand the product off to our shipping partners.
Tracking
Once your order is fulfilled you will receive an email with the USPS tracking link. Please allow 24 hours for this link to be updated with the latest information.
Shipping to Canada
We ship orders to Canada with FedEx - the shipping fee is $20 and includes customs. We understand that shipping to Canada is expensive but this rate is still subsidized by us and the true shipping cost is a lot higher. The average delivery time to East Coast Canada is 4-6 days and to West Coast Canada is 7-10 days.
