Cancel your order
If you want to cancel an order before it is processed, please reach out to us and we are happy to cancel it for you if it is not yet shipped. Once our warehouse processes your order, we will not be able to cancel it for you.
Other issues with your order
If you are experiencing any issues with your order, for example, if you have received a wrong item or if your product is damaged/doesn’t work, please do not hesitate to reach out to us via email with photos of the issues and we will do everything we can to make it right and send you replacements.
